-          If a person is running in a fast manner or doing the sprint then his body will burn the calories 16 times faster as compared to resting.

This simply means that if a person is doing the exercises in the harder way then he can burn more amounts of calories. The total amount of fat which is burnt by the body will be lower but the total numbers of calories burnt by the body are much higher.

For example, a jog of 30 minutes can burn up to 300 calories in which 30% of the calories are from the fat portion. This means 90 out of 300 calories of the fats get burnt and if a person is doing the 30 minutes’ walk then he can burn 75 calories from fat.
